Radiant Eye Creations (REC) is owned and operated by web and graphic designer, Joel Rogers, and is located in Cary, NC. Joel has been designing custom websites and printed graphics since 2005 for many businesses in dozens of industries. Three words that describe Joel's work are: clean, fresh, and user-friendly.

Clean :: this means concise and to the point. If something doesn't add to the design and the effectiveness of the message, then it's not included.

Fresh :: let's not copy what others have done... instead let's create something new and different and eye-catching!

User-friendly :: an important one when it comes to web design - if the design of a website makes it difficult to navigate or confusing, then it's not user-friendly, regardless of how "cool" it looks. REC's designs take into consideration the target demographic, web user habits and design trends = result is your incredible website.

It's not a "need-to-know" basis
